Stray Kids’ Lee Know Announced As Youngest Member Of World Vision’s Honor Club

Stray Kids’ Lee Know has been appointed to the Bob Pierce Honor Club!

On February 28, World Vision announced that they appointed Stray Kids’ Lee Know as a member of the Bob Pierce Honor Club.

The Bob Pierce Honor Club is a group of major donors named after World Vision founder Bob Pierce. Among sponsors with a cumulative donation of over 100 million won (approximately $75,000), those who sympathize with various global issues and take the lead in promoting the value of sharing are appointed as members of the Bob Pierce Honor Club.

Previously in January, Lee Know donated 100 million won to World Vision’s global food crisis response project to help children in the poorest countries facing food shortages due to rapid climate change. In February of last year, he contributed to emergency relief activities following the major earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. In addition, Lee Know began sponsoring children abroad since 2014, currently sponsoring four children in Korea and overseas.

Lee Know shared, “I would be grateful if my support could be of some help to children in Korea and abroad. I will contemplate about what I can do from where I am and pass on the love I have received.”

World Vision Chairman Cho Myung Hwan expressed, “Lee Know, who showed consistent interest and support for children in need, became the youngest member of the Bob Pierce Honor Club. We will work harder so that Lee Know’s kind influence can be conveyed well through World Vision.”
