Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on August 3!
Stray Kids topped this week’s chart with their new mini album “ATE”—which also made a historic debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, where Stray Kids became the first group from any country to have their first five charting albums debut at No. 1 (and only the second artist overall). Stray Kids topped a total of six Billboard charts this week: the Billboard 200, the World Albums chart, the Artist 100, the Top Album Sales chart, Top Current Album Sales chart, and the World Digital Song Sales chart.
BTS’s Jimin’s new solo album “MUSE” entered the World Albums chart at No. 2 this week, and it also debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200—where Jimin has now become the first Korean solo artist in history to score more than one top 3 entry.
ENHYPEN’s new album “ROMANCE : UNTOLD” stayed strong at No. 3 in its second week on the World Albums chart, in addition to remaining on the Billboard 200 at No. 21.
NCT 127’s new album “WALK” debuted at No. 4 on the World Albums chart, and it also became the group’s eighth album to enter the Billboard 200, where it debuted at No. 117.
aespa’s “Armageddon” ranked No. 5 in its ninth week on the World Albums chart, while ATEEZ’s “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.1” took No. 7 in its eighth week.
TXT’s “minisode 3: TOMORROW” came in at No. 9 in its 17th consecutive week on the chart, followed by SEVENTEEN’s “17 IS RIGHT HERE” at No. 10 (in its 13th week) and BTS’s “Proof” at No. 12 (in its 111th week).
TWICE’s Nayeon’s latest solo mini album “NA” claimed No. 13 in its sixth consecutive week on the World Albums chart, with NewJeans’ “Get Up” rounding out the top 15 in its 53rd non-consecutive week.
Congratulations to all of the artists!
