Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil may be heading back to the world of swashbuckling adventurers for a follow-up to “The Pirates”!

It was recently reported that the two stars have received offers to star in a sequel to the film “The Pirates” and are considering them. The working title of the film is said to be “The Pirates: Goblin’s Flag.”
Representatives of Son Ye Jin and Kim Nam Gil have confirmed that while they haven’t decided yet on reprising their roles, they are considering the offers.
hen “The Pirates” was released in 2014, it had great box office success, surpassing 8.6 million admissions. The sequel is planned to be about pirates searching for an ancient royal family’s lost treasure.
