SEVENTEEN Achieves Highest 1st-Week Sales Of 2024 With

SEVENTEEN’s latest comeback is off to a record-breaking start!

Last week, SEVENTEEN made their highly-anticipated return with their best-of album “17 IS RIGHT HERE” and its new title track “MAESTRO.”

According to Hanteo Chart, “17 IS RIGHT HERE” sold an impressive total of 2,967,937 copies in the first week of its release (April 29 to May 5)—marking the highest first-week sales of any album released in 2024.

“17 IS RIGHT HERE” has also achieved the highest first-week sales of any best-of album in Hanteo history, breaking the previous record set by BTS’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” (which sold 2,272,496 copies in its first week).

Even including non-compilation albums, “17 IS RIGHT HERE” now holds the record for the seventh-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, bested only by SEVENTEEN’s own “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN,” Stray Kids’ “★★★★★ (5-STAR),” SEVENTEEN’s “FML,” Stray Kids’ “ROCK-STAR,” NCT DREAM’s “ISTJ,” and BTS’s “Map of the Soul: 7.”
