Robert Holley Revealed To Have Tested Positive For Philopon

Robert Holley has tested positive in a urinalysis for drugs.

As of April 9, Robert Holley is undergoing his second day of investigation at the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency. He was previously arrested on suspicion of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics. It was reported that he took Philopon (a form of methamphetamine).

When transitioning from the Suwon Nambu Police Agency to the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency for additional investigation, he stated, “I’m sorry.” He was asked where, how many times, and whether he had taken the drugs with anyone, to which he stated, “I’m sorry.” After arriving at the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency, when asked if he acknowledged the allegations of drug use, he repeated, “I’m sorry.”

According to the police, he admitted to purchasing Philopon online and injecting it at his home in Seoul. His urine also tested positive for the drug. The police reportedly collected samples of his urine and hair with his permission and sent it to the National Forensic Service (NFS), requesting expert opinion on the drug tests.

The police stated that they have verified that Robert Holley wired hundreds of thousands of won to a drug dealer’s bank account late last month. Though the amount of Philopon that was purchased has yet to be confirmed, the police believe that Robert Holley injected the drugs alone.
