SBS’s “Revenant” has gone out on a high note!
On July 29, the popular thriller ended on the highest viewership ratings of its entire run. According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode of “Revenant” scored an average nationwide rating of 11.2 percent, taking first place in its time slot across all channels and setting a new personal record for the drama.
Meanwhile, Season 2 of “The Uncanny Counter” got off to a promising start. The first episode of tvN’s “The Uncanny Counter 2: Counter Punch” earned an average nationwide rating of 3.9 percent (while Season 1 premiered to a nationwide average of 2.7 percent back in 2020).
TV Chosun’s “Durian’s Affair” achieved its highest ratings yet for a Saturday (when its ratings have typically been lower compared to Sundays), earning a nationwide average of 5.5 percent for the night.
MBC’s “Numbers” came to a quiet end, earning an average nationwide rating of 2.4 percent for its series finale, while JTBC’s “King the Land” fell to a nationwide average of 9.4 percent for the evening.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “The Real Has Come!” remained the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 20.6 percent.
