The ladies of “The One and Only” will be dressing up for a fun day together on the drama’s next episode!

JTBC’s “The One and Only” is a unique romance drama starring Ahn Eun Jin, Red Velvet’s Joy, and Kang Ye Won as three terminally ill women who meet at a hospice. They decide that before they die, they want to take down one bad guy before they go—and in their attempt to do so, Pyo In Sook (Ahn Eun Jin) winds up meeting “the one and only” most valuable person of her life (played by Kim Kyung Nam).

The previous episode of “The One and Only” ended on a cliffhanger, with the heartbroken Sung Mi Do (Joy) growing angry at Pyo In Sook and Min Woo Chun (Kim Kyung Nam) after discovering that they had snuck back into the hospice without telling her. As a furious Sung Mi Do watched Pyo In Sook sleeping peacefully, she suddenly dialed her ex-fiancé (Han Kyu Won), making some viewers nervous over whether she’d tell him the fugitive couple’s whereabouts.

However, in contrast to the ominously dramatic ending of the previous episode, newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode capture a heartwarming moment in the three roommates’ friendship. Sung Mi Do affectionately gets her friends all dressed up in glamorous retro fits, and the three women are all smiles as they head out on a girls’ outing that includes some delicious dessert.

The producers of “The One and Only” commented, “The ‘wo-mance’ between In Sook, Se Yeon, and Mi Do faced many crises, but because of that, their bond became even stronger.”
