The fact that Yu-rim tells Hee-do that she will recognize her immediately if and when she meets her is the most ironic things that I’ve ever come across. The next day, Hee-do, still angry at Yi-jin ignores the newspaper that he delivered, ignores Yu-rim on her way out of the gym and asks Ji-woong for help with her dance.
But, in exchange for dance lessons, Ji-woong wants her to keep a drink that Yu-rim likes in her locker every day. Although hesitant at first, Hee-do agrees finally. Meanwhile, Yi-jin realizes that he still has his car, albeit under his aunt’s name. Either way, he has an interview lined up and seems confident in his answers. Unfortunately, though, he isn’t selected. On the other hand, Chan-mi admonishes Hee-do for going against her seniors without a plan – something that shows in her fencing. He asks her to come up with a strategy to tackle these issues.

The next day, in Twenty Five Twenty One episode 4, Hee-do realizes that Yu-rim has her umbrella in her locker while everyone taunts Yi-jin for failing in his interview. At the gym, while the seniors talk about punishing everyone for Hee-do, she comes in the gym looking like she’s about to bust someone’s face open. However, she starts apologising and then comes up with a plan – the entire team should train at night. The seniors are mortified and just asks her to do whatever she wants alone. The coach can’t stop laughing at her genius.
Later on, Hee-do gets chased by a bunch of people and after outrunning nearly everyone, she hops on Yi-jin’s pretty red car. Although he asks for an apology for last night, he still drives off with her. A brief discussion about finding happiness even when you’re sad, the two get wet in the rain. However, Yu-rim finds them laughing in the car, soaking wet. After a brief and uncomfortable conversation, the gang rushes off to catch the fish that Seung-wan’s mother dropped on the floor. Yes, they were alive.

As Yi-jin, Hee-do, Yu-rim, Ji-woong and Seung-wan sit down for the fish soup meal, Seung-wan’s mother takes a picture that, in the present, Min-chae and Jae-kyung are looking at. When the latter has a conversation with an adult Hee-do, the latter smiles and says that she used to hate Yu-rim at that point. She becomes more sombre when her mother mentions meeting Yi-jin a few days ago.
Back in the past, Yu-rim catches Hee-do keeping her favourite drink in her locker and asks her not to be two-faced. She leaves before Hee-do can explain herself. Ji-woong does clear up the air the next day and tells her that he will miss her – their relationship is so cute! At the last training session before her selections, Hee-do goes up against Chan-mi. Although she loses, her coach tells her to not be scared in front of people, even if that’s how she feels.

That night, Yi-jin surprises Hee-do at the gym and they sit around and chat for a bit. Of course, he tries out fencing against her and at first, he doesn’t get anywhere with it. But mentioning Full House has its merits and one hit later, Yi-jin gets a wish that he saves for later. A brief discussion afterwards, she asks him why he roots for her, to which he says that it’s because she gives him hope and so he wants more for her.
Still From Twenty Five Twenty One Episode 4
Twenty Five Twenty One episode 4 has two sets of relationships almost on the verge of starting. There’s sincerity in both which I absolutely adore. That being said, I really want to see the fencing angle of this story more. Among all the emotional messes, I feel like that part somehow gets lost in the episodes. Otherwise, Twenty Five Twenty One episode 4 is absolutely easy-breezy and makes for a funny and entertaining watch. Hee-do is seriously so hilariously quirky at all times, you never know what she’ll be up to next. It makes me look forward to watching the episode.
