Elsewhere, Tae-yong is out drinking with his friend who complains about “Hwang Tae-yong” while Lee Chul finds the notes about the golden spoon and thinks of it as a story his son made because of their poverty.

The next day, Hyun-do warns Jun-tae while telling him to return the slush fund amount while Young-sin accepts Ju-hee’s request of interviewing Seung-cheon. After her discussion with Young-shin, Ju-hee sneaks into Seung-cheon’s room to look for the blazer mentioned by Jun-tae but finds a locker in the room which requires a password.

Elsewhere, Seung-cheon makes his way to Yeo-jin’s house as the meeting between the parents takes place before their wedding. Young-sin tries to insult Yeo-jin during the meal, however, Seung-cheon defends her only to call it support for his business partner which angers Yeo-jin.

Yeo-jin then remembers the last rule of the golden spoon according to which any other individual who eats with the owner’s spoon will receive the memories of the owner. With this as her hidden card, she waits until Seung-cheon makes her lose her patience before using it.

Elsewhere, Young-sin tells Seung-cheon about Ju-hee’s request to interview him and decides to drop by her office to discuss this matter. Ju-hee is surprised when Seung-cheon agrees to the interview and makes the necessary preparations. However, looking at the way Tae-yong is treated at the office reminds him of his truth which dampens his mood.

Later, Jun-tae arrives at Amikus and finds out that the attitude of the members there is different from before which makes him lose his temper by smashing a glass on his friend’s head. While leaving, he dashes into Seung-cheon who reveals the truth about the incident that took place in the US while he was in school.

Jun-tae is in a mess and Young-sin comes to take him back but he cannot hold himself back and asks her to kill “Tae-yong”. She is unable to bear the situation that Jun-tae has ended up in and barges into Hyun-do’s office while he is in a meeting. She tells him to give Jun-tae another chance but he disagrees and reveals that he is aware of Jun-tae being her son and not her brother.

This shocks Young-sin and she is no longer able to fight against Hyun-do. On the other hand, Seung-cheon goes through the pictures drawn by the last witness of the incident which shows a man holding a gun with a smile T-shirt and a smile on his face. It is because he found out about Jun-tae’s nickname did he find out that he is the one behind the massacre in the US.

Mun-ki then tells him that Ju-hee has been contacting the people related to her father’s case which surprises him as he thinks of ways to keep her away from all this. He then puts back the documents in his locker, but while he is inputting the password, Ju-hee sees it with the camera she has hidden in his room earlier.

The next day, Yeo-jin finds out that Seung-cheon has accepted the interview and barges into Ju-hee’s workplace and pulls on her hair. She tells him to stay away from him but Ju-hee is not one to let her hurt herself and counterattacks Yeo-jin. She tells her that it is all work and nothing else before leaving.

While the two share a drink and memories of the past, Tae-yong reveals his feelings that he hasn’t been able to let go of. He tells her to wait to give a reply and leaves, but he finds himself at the place where the old lady sits. However, he is unable to see her which puzzles her as well.

Elsewhere, Seung-cheon sneakily finds out the things that his parents want to eat and prepares a surprise for them. The next day, the news of Doshin group going for a physical division breaks out which surprises everyone while Seung-cheon shows that he is against this decision openly.

The Golden Spoon Episode 10 Review
Another amazing episode gave this weekend another twist that will keep us on our toes for the upcoming episodes. This show is really doing a good job of leaving us with some intriguing cliffhangers that only build up our curiosity about what will happen next.

Today’s episode revealed a lot more details and secrets which has surprised many, but definitely not all. It has also made me think about the number of hidden rules that are yet to be known about the golden spoon and how little the old woman has told Seung-cheon. It really makes me question her motive in all this.

Elsewhere, seeing Tae-yong slowly turn into Seung-cheon is really a pleasure because this shows his growth as someone who will be able to hold the Doshin group the day he goes back to his place. That is the direction I’m hoping this character takes, whereas for Seung-cheon I hold pity and appreciation.
