Eve or Eve’s Scandal (이브의 스캔들) is a 2022 South Korean Romantic Melodrama written by Yoon Young-mi and directed by Park Bong-sub. The drama stars Seo Yea-ji, Park Byung-eun, Lee Sang-yeob and Yoo Sun in leading roles. The series will run for 16 episodes. Eve Episode 2 has a runtime of 66 minutes.

In Eve Episode 2, we see Kang Yoon-hyeom unable to escape the thoughts of Lee Ra-el. Be it her touch, her glaring stare or her makeout session with her husband. However, he returns from his fantasies when his wife tells him about their meeting with her father. So-ra’s father invites Kim Jung-eul to their family dinner and announces that he will be the vice president of the LY group. Yoon-hyeom is shocked but cannot go against Han. Han has assigned Kim to keep an eye on Yoon-hyeom. He doesn’t want Yoon-hyeom to gallop his company.

At the kindergarten parent representative meeting, So-ra’s daughter gets into a fight with another student and hurts her. So-ra does not even budge and leaves the meeting without seeing the hurt child. She later abuses the homeroom teacher and orders her to remove the other kid from their school. The teacher is trapped between two mothers who want to dominate each other. Ra-el sees the chance and meddles to solve the conflict.

Ra-el calls Yoon-hyeom and asks him to bring his daughter to her ballet class. His wife is out in the name of a family vacation but is making out with one of her assistants. Yoon-hyeom and Ra-el’s visits increase as he goes to Da-bi’s Ballet class to pick her up every day. Yoon-hyeom and Ra-el get alone time with no kids around on one such day. Ra-el dances the Tango with him and gets close to him. She pursues him to think about what he wants from life, his desires.

Eve Episode 2

Yoon-hyeom returns home with Da-bi to find his wife already at home. The dance with Ra-el has got him all worked up and he makes out with his wife passionately. His wife tells him how happy she is but doesn’t know that he has Ra-el on her mind. Even though he is making out with her, he sees Ra-el’s face instead of her.

Seo Eun-pyeong has been looking for Lee Ra-el for a long time and while searching for something about Kang Yoon-hyeom, he sees Ra-el’s picture and recognises her. He goes straight to visit her but Ra-el declines to know him and calls herself Kim Seon-bin. After Eun-pyeong leaves, Ra-el is seen talking with a woman whom she calls mom about their plan of 10 years. They do not want anyone to know about it and ruin it. Ra-el is living disguised as someone else and she has something big coming up.

In Eve Episode 2, we see the lifestyle of the rich conglomerates and how less they care about their family. They make a child ashamed of herself and teach her cruel things in order to grow competent. So-ra is married and has a child herself but still needs validation from her father. She sleeps with other men because she doesn’t have a good sexual relationship with her husband. Kang is nothing different and has Ra-el on her mind. Family is just a business deal for them.
