On August 8, episode 13 of KBS2’s “Café Minamdang” garnered an average nationwide rating of 3.7 percent according to Nielsen Korea. This is a dip from the previous episode’s rating of 4.7 percent and the drama’s lowest score yet.
Meanwhile, the third episode of tvN’s “Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist” recorded an average rating of 4.3 percent. This is a slight dip from the previous episode which scored 5.1 percent.
As the Seoul metropolitan area experienced record torrential downpour on this day, viewers shifted their attention to special news reports, leading to the dips in drama ratings.
