“A Pledge To God” Breaks Own Record + “Romance Is A Bonus Book” Premieres To Promising Viewership Ratings

A new contender has joined the battle for viewership ratings on weekend nights.

According to Nielsen Korea, the January 26 broadcast of MBC’s “A Pledge to God” set a new record with 15.7 percent nationwide in viewership ratings. From episodes 33 to 36, the drama reached viewership ratings ranging from 13.2 to 15.7 percent with an average of 14.8 percent in weekly viewership ratings.

tvN’s newest weekend drama “Romance is a Bonus Book” recorded a national average of 4.3 percent and a peak of 5.2 percent in viewership ratings during its premiere.

KBS 2TV’s “My Only One” achieved the high viewership ratings for a public TV network drama with 32.3 percent and 37.6 percent in national daily viewership ratings.
