Director Lee Byung Hun will be working with Park Se Wan and Song Geon Hee for a new drama!
On January 10, a source from the OTT (over-the-top) platform WATCHA announced, “‘Ultimate Weapon Alice’ (literal title) has finalized its title and revealed its casting lineup.”
“Ultimate Weapon Alice” is a youth action romance about the bloody high school lives of mysterious transfer student and killer Gyeo Ul and traumatized high school student Yeo Reum as they meet and get chased down by a criminal organization.
The drama will be helmed by director Lee Byung Hun, who set unprecedented records with “Extreme Job” and captivated viewers with his relatable drama “Melo Is My Nature.” Director Seo Sung Won of the short film “I Go Through the Summer” will also be working with him on the new project. The script will be co-written by the two directors, and the drama will be produced by Plus Media Entertainment of “Unstoppable.”
Park Se Wan and Song Geon Hee will be playing the two leads, and talented actors Kim Sung Oh, Kim Tae Hoon, Jung Seung Gil, Cha Joo Young, and more will be joining the cast.
