The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,730 idols, using big data collected from September 24 to October 24.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie shot to the top of the list this month after seeing a whopping 351.78 percent increase in her brand reputation index, bringing her total score for October to 8,893,903. High-ranking phrases in her keyword analysis included “Mantra,” “talk show,” and “pretty girl,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “sexy,” “confident,” and “mesmerize.” Jennie’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 94.80 percent positive reactions.
aespa’s Karina took second place with a brand reputation index of 7,025,559, marking an 87.59 percent rise in her score since September.
BTS’s j-hope soared to third place after seeing a staggering 470.58 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his score to 5,600,506.
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo ranked fourth for October with a brand reputation index of 5,124,233, marking a 149.90 percent rise in his score since last month.
Finally, BLACKPINK’s Rosé came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,923,535.
