"Hello, this is Soop.
This is our official statement regarding Nam Joo Hyuk.

First, we ask for you understand us taking our time to confirm the facts. Regarding the report, we have confirmed that all allegations are false. It is unfortunate that the outlet which reported the story did not make any attempt to confirm the story with us. We will be pursuing legal action against all those that spread the story online.

As the media outlet that published the story defamed our actor, we will be pursuing legal action according to with the law. We will also pursue criminal legal action against the accuser. We have already discussed this with our legal team and have begun the process.

The greatest victims due to these slanderous rumors are the actor and his family. Online gossip and rumors are thrown around carelessly to ‘see if they stick.’ It is frustrating to see how it permanently stains the actor’s reputation, no matter how much we deny them.

From now on, the agency will pursue legal action against all rumors that are not fact-checked with the agency. Any malicious interpretation of this incident will face the law. We will also be pursuing legal action against the evidence we have already obtained.
