Lovelyz may be preparing for a comeback!
On August 28, multiple K-pop industry sources reported that Lovelyz will release a new song to mark their 10th anniversary.
Having debuted on November 12, 2014, Lovelyz is celebrating a decade in the industry this year. The new song is reportedly planned for release in November to align with their debut date. The group is also working on a tour, adding to the significance of their 10th anniversary.
In response to the reports, a representative from Lovelyz said, “Nothing has been finalized yet,” and noted that agency discussions are still ongoing.
Earlier on August 1, Lovelyz members drew attention by sharing a photo with Lee Joong Yup, CEO of Woollim Entertainment, and Lee Hoon Seok, CEO of Double H TNE, who formerly worked as a director at Woollim Entertainment. This has fueled speculation that Lovelyz may be collaborating on new projects with their former agency Woollim.
After ending their contract in 2021, Lovelyz recently reunited on MBC’s “How Do You Play?” and expressed their desire to come back together. Yoon Sang, who produced their music, also sent a video message supporting their reunion and expressed hope to see them in the recording studio.
With hits such as “Hi~,” “Ah-Choo,” “Destiny,” and “Now, We,” fans are eagerly awaiting Lovelyz’s return with a new song after four years.
Stay tuned for more updates!
