Live Your Own Life episode 26 picks up where the previous episode left off. When Hyo-sim arrives at the park, Tae-ho is ecstatic. Following this, the two of them end up kissing. They then enjoy their private time, and Tae-ho gives Hyo-sim a sweater.

On the way back to Uicheon Villa, Hyo-sim reflects. She is plagued by the memory of every instance in which her family members took advantage of her kindness. Furthermore, she realizes that nobody cares for her except Tae-ho.

On the other hand, Ga-on turns down the meal that Woo-joo had set aside for her. Rather, she goes to the storage room, leaving everyone worried. Later that day, Woo-joo returns home with Ga-on, who is sound asleep. After this, Myung-hee convinces Woo-joo that he should give Ga-on the freedom to follow the desires of her heart. Following this, he seems to be on board with her musical career.

The following day, the subordinates at Taesan ask Tae-ho to consider extending Hyo-sim’s contract, given that she did a terrific job at the modeling event. Following that, Tae-ho notifies Hyo-sim that he’s going to give her another year on her contract. He also meets up with Tae-min to inform him about the extension of Hyo-sim’s contract. However, Tae-min isn’t happy about it.

Following that, Hyo-sim goes to a rental agency to look at apartments. She tells Tae-ho that she plans to leave her mother’s house when she goes to sign her contract with Taesan. Following this, she expresses her gratitude to him for his backing.

Despite her mother’s insistence that she have an arranged marriage, Tae-hee and Hyo-do tie the knot in her apartment. On the other hand, Mi-rim lands a part in a show. As a consequence, she and Hyo-joon celebrate her achievement.

At the very end of the episode, Hyo-sim goes back to her home. Lastly, the episode ends with her breaking the news to her mother that she plans to move out.

The Episode Review

In episode 26, Hyo-sim and Tae-ho resolve their tensions and get together. Wedding bells ring for Tae-hee and Hyo-do. An acting role comes Mi-rim’s way. Hyo-sim decides she wants to leave her mother’s house.

This episode seems to be the pinnacle of the drama at this point, as it advances the plot’s development. The show is getting more interesting and entertaining as all the main characters undergo significant transformations. The show also feels more grounded and genuine now that the overdramatization of early episodes has been significantly reduced.

At this point in the show, the plot is truly intriguing, so we’ll have to watch how it develops.
