Lee Tae Hwan is cast in SBS’s upcoming mini-drama!
The mini-drama, “Farmer Training School” (literal translation) is produced by SBS’s mobile platform Mobidic. The drama will tell the story of youths who dream of becoming professional farmers, and share their dreams, passion, and friendship with viewers. Lee Tae Hwan will play Ha Joo Suk, a first year student in the Department of Food and Agriculture. He is sometimes misunderstood by people because of his abrupt way of speaking, but he is actually a warm person who observes people well and carefully treats them.
Lee Tae Hwan debuted in 2013 with the web drama, “After School: Lucky or Not.” He appeared in many dramas such as “King of High School,” “Pride and Prejudice,” “Please Come Back, Mister,” and “W.” He also appeared in KBS’s weekend drama “My Golden Life,” which surpassed 40 percent in drama viewership ratings this year. His latest drama is tvN’s “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim,” where he portrayed the role of the best-selling writer, Lee Sung Yeon. His most recent work is the variety show, “Photo People in Tokyo.”
He was originally a model, thus viewers are excited to see his great physique and visuals in a drama once again. “Farmer Training School” will premiere in the latter half of 2019 on SBS and SBS’s mobile platform.
