MBC’s “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” has shared new stills ahead of its premiere!
Based on a web novel, “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a time-slip romance drama about the contractual marriage between bachelor Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), who has traveled to modern day from 19th century Joseon.
The newly released stills preview Kang Tae Ha and Park Yeon Woo’s fierce confrontation with each other. In the scene, Kang Tae Ha chases after Park Yeon Woo and blocks her way, and when Kang Tae Ha turns Park Yeon Woo around as she is walking away, she glares at him with a sharp gaze while Kang Tae Ha faces her head on with his hands on his hips.
However, another still depicts the aftermath of Park Yeon Woo hitting Kang Tae Ha’s chin with her head. Kang Tae Ha looks wronged by the unexpected situation, while Park Yeon Woo looks back at him calmly, raising questions about what the two fought about.
In order to realistically portray this scene, Lee Se Young and Bae In Hyuk arrived early on set to test their chemistry, carefully checking the details and timing of the scene.
The production team raised excitement for Lee Se Young and Bae In Hyuk’s bickering chemistry within the drama, asking viewers to look forward to finding out how Park Yeon Woo and Kang Tae Ha are connected.
“The Story of Park’s Contract Marriage” premieres on November 24 at 9:50 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on Dramacool.
