Penned by “The Penthouse” writer Kim Soon Ok, “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” is a revenge drama starring Lee Ji Ah as Hong Tae Ra, a woman who comes to realize that her picture-perfect life is actually a fabrication orchestrated by someone else as part of a devious grand plan.

Previously on “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise,” it was revealed that Jang Geum Mo (played by Ahn Nae Sang) was being blackmailed by Pyo Jae Hyun (Lee Sang Yoon) over having ordered the assassination of former president Go Tae Sun (Cha Kwang Soo). Meanwhile, Go Hae Soo (Jang Hee Jin)—who is both Go Tae Sun’s daughter and Jang Geum Mo’s daughter-in-law—was shocked by the discovery that her own father-in-law was the man who had ordered her father’s murder.

In newly released stills from the drama, Pyo Jae Hyun’s quest for vengeance continues. One photo shows a furious Jang Geum Mo grabbing Uhm Sang Bae (Sung Chang Hoon) by the collar in a tense confrontation. As Uhm Sang Bae is already working for Pyo Jae Hyun and has been helping him put his plans for revenge into action, it remains to be seen what kind of betrayal leads Jang Geum Mo to accost the other man so angrily.

Meanwhile, in contrast to Jang Geum Mo’s fury, Pyo Jae Hyun is as relaxed as ever throughout the encounter.

The producers of “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” teased, “With Pyo Jae Hyun revealing the decisive weapon in his arsenal that will take down his enemy Jang Geum Mo, their conflict will reach its climax.”
