tvN’s upcoming drama “Melancholia” has released its main posters featuring Lee Do Hyun and Im Soo Jung.

Set in a private high school that is rife with corruption, “Melancholia” will tell the story of a passionate math teacher named Ji Yoon Soo, and a former math prodigy named Baek Seung Yoo, as they fight to overcome social conventions and prejudices together.

The main poster focuses on the setting of the drama, which is a beautiful and luxurious school campus, and the relationship between Ji Yoon Soo and Baek Seung Yoo. Although the distance between them is measured through mathematical equations, their gazes and expressions show them as human beings who matter to each other more than simple mathematics. Baek Seung Yoo, who had lost all interest in math, finds his interest in the subject awakened again when this teacher comes into his life.

“Melancholia” premieres on November 3 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
