Despite stiff competition from coverage of the AFC Asian Cup, numerous weekend dramas held their own in viewership last night!
On February 3, MBC’s hit drama “Knight Flower” continued its reign at first place in its time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the drama scored an average nationwide rating of 12.6 percent, marking the show’s highest Saturday ratings yet.
SBS’s new drama “Flex x Cop,” which shares a time slot with “Knight Flower,” remained relatively stable with an average nationwide rating of 6.3 percent for its fourth episode.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s “Korea-Khitan War” rose slightly to an average nationwide rating of 9.7 percent for its latest episode.
JTBC’s new drama “Doctor Slump” maintained its nationwide average of 5.1 percent from last week for its third episode, while tvN’s “Captivating the King” fell to an average nationwide rating of 3.9 percent for its fifth episode.
TV Chosun’s “My Happy Ending” also climbed to an average nationwide rating of 2.9 percent for the night.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Live Your Own Life” continued its reign as the most-watched program of Sunday with an average nationwide rating of 20.6 percent.
