A new poster for “Kokdu: Season of Deity” has just been revealed!

“Kokdu: Season of Deity” is a fantasy romance which tells the story of a grim reaper named Kokdu (Kim Jung Hyun) who comes down to this world to punish humans every 99 years. Kokdu meets Han Gye Jeol (Im Soo Hyang), a doctor with mysterious abilities, and starts working as a visiting doctor.

The newest poster shows Kokdu and Han Gye Jeol standing close together on one lush summer night. It’s a bit odd, seeing Kokdu embracing Han Gyeo Jeol so when the two come from such different places. He is a grim reaper, meant to lead humans to the afterlife, while she is just a mere human. But there is something almost soft transpiring between the two, and viewers are left to wonder just what kind of season lays in store for these two.

Along with the two characters, the shocking sight of white snow amidst the summer scene is sure to draw viewers’ attention. The relationship between Kokdu and Han Gye Jeol has transcended many seasons and feels almost like a miracle, much like snow in midsummer.
