Kim Hyun Joong Confirmed To Take On Lead Role In New Fantasy Drama

On July 6, his agency KeyEast confirmed, Kim Hyun Joong will be starring in the drama ‘When Time Stopped’ (working title).”

“When Time Stopped” is a fantasy romance drama about a time-traveler. It will be produced by BSPictures and will reportedly consist of 12 episodes.

Kim Hyun Joong will be playing the lead role of Joon Woo, a being with magical powers whose age and origins are unknown. This will be his first drama in four years since KBS2’s “Inspiring Generation.” In Gyo Jin is also currently in talks to appear in the drama.

“When Time Stopped” will air every Wednesday-Thursday beginning in October through KBS W.
