KBS2’s upcoming drama “Who Is She” has dropped new posters!
A remake of the famous film “Miss Granny,” which has spawned multiple remakes in other countries, “Who Is She” is a music romance drama about a woman in her 70s who suddenly transforms into a 20-year-old and gets a second chance at living out her dreams.
Kim Hae Sook stars as Oh Mal Soon, a grandmother who magically returns to her 20s and pursues her lifelong dream of becoming a singer. Jung Ji So plays Oh Doo Ri, a character with a hidden, surprising charm. Jung Jinyoung takes on the role of Daniel Han, the lead producer at Eunice Entertainment, with an expanded character that offers a fresh twist on the original film, promising viewers a unique experience.
The trio poster features the three main characters, each marked with the Chinese character for “spring,” symbolizing youth and delivering a strong message. Oh Mal Soon and Oh Doo Ri look stunned as if witnessing a shocking scene, while Daniel Han has a contrasting expression with a thoughtful smile. The caption, “You said you could turn a nobody like me into a top singer, but you’re not even that confident?” hints at the deep connection between Daniel Han, the lead producer at Eunice Entertainment, and Mal Soon and Doo Ri.
The two-person poster of Mal Soon and Doo Ri exudes vibrant youthful energy. The caption, “Do I look like a grandmother or a young lady?” piques curiosity by highlighting the contrast between 70-year-old Mal Soon and 20-something Doo Ri.
The two-person poster of Oh Doo Ri and Daniel Han creates a sense of intrigue with the caption, “You’re the first person crazier than me.” Oh Doo Ri’s intense, secretive gaze and Daniel Han’s cold, composed expression make for a striking poster. Their close proximity hints at a fate-like encounter, building excitement for their unpredictable and chaotic chemistry.
The three posters build anticipation for the expanded characters and their unique relationships. Viewers are eager to see how these dynamics unfold in the upcoming broadcast.
“Who Is She” will premiere on December 18 at 9:50 p.m. KST, following the conclusion of KBS’s currently airing drama “Face Me.”
