tvN’s “Yumi’s Cells” has shared a new sneak peek of its upcoming episode!

Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, “Yumi’s Cells” tells the story of an ordinary office worker named Yumi—from the point of view of the many brain cells in her head controlling her every thought, feeling, and action. Kim Go Eun plays the titular role of Yumi, an ordinary woman who struggles with expressing her feelings, while Ahn Bo Hyun stars as the straightforwardly honest game developer Goo Woong.

On the previous episode of “Yumi’s Cells,” Goo Woong shocked Yumi by suddenly announcing that he wanted to move out of her apartment. Shaken by his declaration, Yumi asked him if it was because she had brought up marriage, but Goo Woong’s insecurity stopped him from reassuring her that her fears were unfounded.

In newly released stills from the next episode of the drama, Yumi goes through a hard time after Goo Woong inadvertently turns her world upside down because of his internal struggle. The photos capture Yumi, who had been so happy living together with Goo Woong, looking miserable as she sits alone in her empty apartment.

However, Yumi eventually finds comfort and healing in spending some quality time with her loving parents, and the smile returns to her face as she shares a warm meal together with her family.
