Jung Jinyoung In Talks To Join Drama Remake Of “Miss Granny” Starring Jung Ji So

 

Jung Jinyoung may star in the drama remake of the hit film “Miss Granny”!

On September 15, industry insiders announced that Jung Jinyoung has been cast as the male lead for the upcoming drama adaptation of “Miss Granny.”

In response to the report, Jung Jinyoung’s agency BB Entertainment shared, “[‘Miss Granny’] is a project that Jung Jinyoung is positively reviewing [the offer to star in].”

“Miss Granny,” which has spawned multiple remakes in other countries, tells the story of a 74-year-old woman who suddenly finds herself back in her 20-year-old body after having her photo taken at a mysterious studio. Jung Ji So was previously confirmed to play the female lead Oh Doo Ri.

Jung Jinyoung, who impressed in “Police University,” “My First First Love,” “Love in the Moonlight,” and more, is also confirmed to star in Season 2 of “Sweet Home,” which will be released in 2023. Stay tuned for more updates!
