SBS’s upcoming drama “Let Me Be Your Knight” is gearing up for its premiere!
“Let Me Be Your Knight” is a new romance drama about a popular idol band named LUNA and a woman pretending to be a doctor who unexpectedly winds up living at their dorm to treat a sleepwalking member.
U-KISS’s Lee Jun Young will star as LUNA’s leader, vocalist, and producer Yoon Tae In, NU’EST’s JR will play bassist Lee Shin, AB6IX‘s Kim Dong Hyun will play keyboardist Woo Ga On, former Wanna One member Yoon Ji Sung will play drummer Kim Yoo Chan, and Jang Dong Joo will play sub-vocalist Seo Woo Yeon. Meanwhile, Jung In Sun will star as travel guide-turned-fraudulent physician In Yoon Joo, who ends up moving in with them under false pretenses.
Before the drama’s premiere, Jung In Sun and Lee Jun Young revealed key points to anticipate in the drama. First, Jung In Sun shared that one of the reasons to watch the drama is for the characters’ diverse and unique charm and chemistry. She commented, “The characters that appear in the drama each have their own distinct personalities and charms, so they make the story even richer.” Jung In Sun added, “Viewers will have even more fun watching the drama if they pay attention to the chemistry that blooms between these characters.”
As another important key word, Jung In Sun mentioned the word “assimilate.” She stated, “Please pay attention to the way In Yoon Joo and the band LUNA become familiar with each other.” The actress continued, “Each of the figures lived completely different lives, but as you focus on watching their process of learning to understand each other while living together, it’ll cheer you up and have you empathizing with them.”
Lee Jun Young used the term “set menu” to describe one of the key points to watch out for. He explained, “In the project, various situations and each of the character’s individual feelings are richly mixed well together.”
The second key word Lee Jun Young used to summarize the drama is “goosebumps.” He shared, “The songs are really good, and the band members are really good at music. Viewers will know better why I picked ‘goosebumps’ as a key point after listening to LUNA’s songs, which will be revealed soon through the drama.”
Already, viewers are looking forward to the synergy created by the cast on “Let Me Be Your Knight.” The drama premieres on November 7 at 11:05 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on DramaCool.
