iKON's Bobby Begins Mandatory Service

iKON’s Bobby is enlisting in the military today!

On June 3, the day before his enlistment, Bobby took to his personal social media to leave a greeting message to his fans. He wrote, “From 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., 200 ice creams on me for iKONIC (iKON’s official fan club name) only! I will return safely!”

Earlier in April, iKON’s agency 143 Entertainment announced that Bobby will enlist in the military on May 21. However, the agency later shared that Bobby’s enlistment date was rescheduled from May 21 to June 4.

Bobby, who got married in 2021 and has a son, was selected for full-time reserve service as he has a child to support.
