EXO's Chen, Baekhyun, And Xiumin File Legal Complaint Against SM Executives

EXO’s Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin have filed a lawsuit against SM executives for fraud.

On June 26, an official from Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin’s agency INB100 shared, “Yesterday, the members and INB100 filed a complaint with the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul against SM Entertainment’s CAO (chief A&R officer) Lee Sung Soo and co-CEO Tak Young Jun for fraud in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment etc. of Specific Economic Crimes.”

Earlier on June 10, representatives of EXO’s Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin held a press conference claiming, “SM Entertainment disregarded the negotiated terms that were the premise of the agreement.” Later that day, SM Entertainment released a lengthy statement refuting the allegations that were made at the press conference.
