Drama Starring Lee Jae Wook, NU’EST’s Minhyun, And Oh My Girl’s Arin Halts Filming After Staff Member Tests Positive For COVID-19

tvN’s upcoming drama starring Lee Jae Wook, NU’EST’s Minhyun, and Oh My Girl’s Arin has temporarily halted filming.

On October 6, a representative of tvN commented, “Yesterday, a staff member received a positive COVID-19 test result, so we cancelled our filming schedule and all our staff members are undergoing PCR tests.”

They continued, “We plan to follow the guidance of health authorities, and we will work even harder to maintain safety afterwards.”

tvN’s “Hwan Hon” (romanized title) is a fantasy drama about young sorcerers that follows their story as they experience love and growth. (The word “Hwan Hon” means the return of someone’s soul after death.)

The upcoming drama is by the hit screenwriter duo Hong Sisters, who are known for the dramas “The Greatest Love,” “Master’s Sun,” “Hotel Del Luna,” and more. Starring Lee Jae Wook, Yoo Joon Sang, Oh Na Ra, Shin Seung Ho, NU’EST’s Minhyun, and Oh My Girl’s Arin, “Hwan Hon” is slated to premiere this year.
