tvN’s “Crash Course in Romance” and JTBC’s “Agency” are on the rise!
On January 28, both “Crash Course in Romance” and “Agency” achieved the highest viewership ratings of their runs to date. According to Nielsen Korea, the fifth episode of the new rom-com “Crash Course in Romance” earned an average nationwide rating of 9.1 percent, marking a new personal record for the series.
“Agency” also reached a new all-time high of its own, climbing to an average nationwide rating of 9.2 percent for its latest episode.
Meanwhile, TV Chosun’s “Red Balloon” achieved its highest ratings yet for a Saturday (when its ratings are typically lower compared to Sundays). The latest episode of the drama scored a nationwide average of 6.9 percent.
Over in the public broadcast network realm, SBS’s “Payback” remained first place in its time slot with an average nationwide rating of 10.7 percent, while MBC’s “Kokdu: Season of Deity” earned an average rating of 2.2 percent for its second episode.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Three Bold Siblings” remained the most-watched program of Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 23.1 percent.
