Chun Woo Hee may be starring in a new drama!
On February 10, SPOTV NEWS reported that Chun Woo Hee will be starring in tvN’s new drama “Beneficial Fraud” (literal title).
In response to the report, a source from the actress’s agency H& Entertainment stated, “Chun Woo Hee has received an offer to star in tvN’s new drama ‘Beneficial Fraud,’ and she is reviewing it.”
Written by Jo Seul Ah, “Beneficial Fraud” is a work that won the a prize at Studio Dragon’s Second Drama Script Competition. The script won first place after breaking through a competition ratio of 133 to 1, raising expectations for its solid story. The drama will be helmed by producing director (PD) Lee Soo Hyun, who is also directing tvN’s upcoming drama “Shooting Star” (literal title).
The last drama Chun Woo Hee starred in was the 2019 JTBC “Melo is My Nature.” If she accepts the offer to star in “Beneficial Fraud,” this will be her first drama in three years. The actress has showed her impressive acting skills in various genres, and fans are excited to see if she will make another transformation in this new project.
