Choi Ye Na has cancelled her post-recording for “Music Core” that was scheduled to take place after today’s live broadcast.
On June 30, Choi Ye Na’s agency Yuehua Entertainment announced that due to health concerns, the singer would no longer be post-recording a performance of her new song “Hate Rodrigo” after the July 1 live broadcast of “Music Core.”
However, it appears that Choi Ye Na will still be attending the pre-recording and live broadcast for today’s show as scheduled.
Choi Ye Na also similarly postponed a fan signing event scheduled to take place on June 30 “due to a deterioration in the artist’s health.”
Yuehua Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:
"Hello, this is Yuehua Entertainment.
First, we would like to thank all of the Jigumi [Choi Ye Na’s fans] who give Ye Na their love and support. We are making an announcement regarding [today’s] post-recording for MBC’s “Music Core.”
The post-recording for MBC’s “Music Core” that was scheduled to take place today has been cancelled due to a deterioration in the artist’s health.
We ask for Jigumi’s generous understanding in regards to our frequent schedule changes, and we will do our utmost to help our artist recover her health.
Thank you."
Wishing Choi Ye Na a speedy recovery!
