Oh my my my! BTS’s “Boy With Luv” MV has stolen hearts, and their fans ARMY are showing their love as they take over Twitter’s worldwide trending topics to celebrate the hit group’s new release.
On April 12 at 6 p.m. KST, BTS returned with “Map of the Soul: Persona” including the title track “Boy With Luv” featuring American singer Halsey, who also co-stars in the colorful and fun music video for the funk pop track.
The top 10 trending topics worldwide on Twitter have included #PERSONAWelcomeParty, #MAP_OF_THE_SOUL_PERSONA, #BoyWithLuv, #BTSCOMEBACK2019, #FindYourPersona, and titles of b-sides such as “Dionysus” and “Jamais Vu.”
Members’ names have also been spotted in the worldwide trends as fans have been sharing their favorite moments that highlight the way they all shine in the MV!

With Halsey also starring in the MV, there’s even more to love!
Fans wondered how Halsey felt learning and performing choreography with BTS, and Halsey said that although she was nervous performing choreo in an MV, BTS made her feel totally comfortable.
That handshake with RM was also so great, and Halsey says there’s more to it!
Fans are touched by how the lyrics relate to the members’ recent tweets where they said they were curious about ARMY.
And the message of the song is also warming hearts.
Fans were quick to notice that the neon signs in the video feature the titles of many of BTS’s previous albums.
The MV’s style is inspired by classic Hollywood movies, and in addition to posters for the film “Singing in the Rain,” some parts of the video reference famous scenes from the movie.
