August Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced 2024

The Korean Business Research Institute has published its brand reputation rankings for all stars during the month of August!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of various stars’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from July 31 to August 31.

This month’s list was dominated by athletes and medalists from the recent 2024 Paris Olympics. Table tennis player and Olympic bronze medalist Shin Yubin topped the list for August, coming in far ahead of the rest of the pack with a brand reputation index of 11,825,161.

Meanwhile, trot singer Lim Young Woong stayed strong at second place with a brand reputation index of 7,718,356.

Olympic shooter and gold medalist Kim Yeji took third place for the month with a brand reputation index of 7,173,688.

Archer and Olympic gold medalist Kim Woojin came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 6,817,245, while fencer and Olympic champion Oh Sanguk rounded out the top five with a score of 6,302,081.
