ATEEZ has achieved their highest ranking yet on the Billboard 200!
On June 25 local time, Billboard announced that ATEEZ’s new mini album “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” had debuted at No. 2 on its Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.
According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” earned a total of 105,500 equivalent album units during the week ending on June 22—just 4,500 units less than this week’s No. 1 album, Morgan Wallen’s “One Thing at a Time.”
The album’s total score consisted of 101,000 traditional album sales—making it the top-selling album of the week and marking ATEEZ’s biggest U.S. sales week to date—and 4,500 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, which translates to 6.32 million on-demand audio streams over the course of the week.
“THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” is ATEEZ’s first album ever to enter the top 2 of the Billboard 200, as well as their third top 10 album (following their 2022 albums “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” and “SPIN OFF : FROM THE WITNESS,” which peaked at No. 3 and No. 7 respectively). It is also their fifth entry on the chart overall.
Only five other K-pop boy groups have ever managed to enter the top 2 of the Billboard 200 to date: BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, TXT, and SEVENTEEN.
Congratulations to ATEEZ on their impressive achievement!
