The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,590 idols, using big data collected from March 29 to April 29.
BTS’s Jimin held onto his spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 4,730,169, marking a 2.67 percent rise in his score since January (the last time the rankings were published).
High-ranking phrases in Jimin’s keyword analysis included “FACE,” “Like Crazy,” and “ARMY,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “enter,” “earn,” and “leave the country.” The idol’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 87.05 percent positive reactions.
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo rose to second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 4,323,294, marking a 79.83 percent increase in her score since January.
Meanwhile, Wanna One’s Kang Daniel took third place with a brand reputation index of 2,278,267, marking a 15.85 percent rise in his score.
BTS’s V came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,086,970, while BLACKPINK’s Jennie rounded out the top five with a score of 1,984,611 for April.
