“Dr. Romantic 3” has teased the upcoming obstacles that Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung will face!

SBS’s “Dr. Romantic” is a popular drama that follows the stories of realistic doctors working at a rundown hospital in the countryside. Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung Kyung, Kim Min Jae, So Ju Yeon, Jin Kyung, Im Won Hee, Byun Woo Min, and Jung Ji Ahn will all be reprising their roles in the upcoming third season, alongside several new cast members.

The drama’s newest stills preview the crises that the Doldam Hospital team is faced with when they’re all away on separate missions. In the first photos, general surgery specialist Seo Woo Jin (Ahn Hyo Seop), nurse Park Eun Tak (Kim Min Jae), and emergency medicine specialist Jung In Soo (Yoon Na Moo) are out for urgent medical assistance. Judging by their serious expressions, it appears that the patient’s condition is worse than they expected.

Elsewhere, cardiothoracic surgeon Cha Eun Jae (Lee Sung Kyung) heads to a dark and isolated area with newcomer Jang Dong Hwa (Lee Shin Young), a third year general surgery major. Cha Eun Jae vigilantly scans her surroundings as if looking for someone, raising questions about who she’s hoping to find.

Something to note about all the Doldam members is that they’ve thrown on jackets over their scrubs as if they were rushed to these sites, teasing the intensity of the upcoming first episode. Additionally, Dr. Kim (Han Suk Kyu) is nowhere to be seen despite the emergency situation, leaving viewers curious to find out where he is and when he’ll make his grand entrance.
