2PM’s Lee Junho Confirmed To Make Cameo In Park Gyu Young And Kang Min Hyuk’s New Drama About Celebrities

2PM’s Lee Junho will be making a special appearance in an upcoming Netflix drama

On July 1, it was reported that Lee Junho would make a cameo appearance in Netflix’s upcoming drama “Celebrity” (literal title) to show support for director Kim Chul Gyu, whom he worked with on the 2019 drama “Confession.”

Later this day, Netflix confirmed the news and commented, “While it’s true that Lee Junho is appearing in ‘Celebrity,’ we ask for your understanding regarding the difficulties of sharing details about his exact role and screen time.”

Produced by director Kim Chul Gyu of “Flower of Evil” and “Confession,” “Celebrity” depicts the glamorous yet fierce true faces of celebrities that Seo Ah Ri meets after jumping into a world in which people gain money just by becoming famous. The drama stars Park Gyu Young, CNBLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk, Lee Chung Ah, Lee Dong Gun, and Jun Hyosung.

All filming has been completed for “Celebrity” and the drama now awaits post-production and its premiere.

Lee Junho last starred in the hit MBC drama “The Red Sleeve” and will soon lead the rom-com “King the Land” (working title) alongside Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, which starts filming this September.
