"2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships" Achieves Highest Ratings In Time Slot

MBC’s “2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships” (ISAC) garnered great viewership over the Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) holiday!

“2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Chuseok Special” aired over three days from September 16 to 18.

The first part, which aired on September 16, garnered an average nationwide viewership rating of 3.4 percent. In addition to placing No. 1 amongst the programs that aired in the same time slot, the final round of women’s archery with KISS OF LIFE’s Natty and ILLIT’s Yunah reached a peak viewership of 5.2 percent.

The second day also achieved an average nationwide rating of 3.4 percent, with a peak of 5.2 percent as BADVILLAIN showcased their gold-medal winning breakdancing performance.

The third and final day of “2024 Idol Star Athletics Championships” enjoyed a slight boost in ratings, recording an average nationwide viewership rating of 3.6 percent. The show reached a peak of 6.0 percent in viewership as &TEAM placed No. 1 in the 400 meter relay.
